What is Zaisus Commerce?
Zaisus Commerce is an all-in-one platform for launching and running an online store. You can choose a storefront template, manage your catalogue and orders, accept payments, and keep customer updates in one merchant app.
How quickly can I launch my store?
You can create your storefront in minutes by registering an account, choosing a template and adding your business details. After that, configure your catalogue, payment gateway and messaging channels in the merchant app before you start selling.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes the storefront, secure payment integration, WhatsApp messaging and Telegram notifications. Plans differ in their catalogue, order and usage limits, along with access to advanced capabilities shown in the comparison table.
Do I need my own payment gateway account?
Yes. The payment gateway is an independent service; you connect your own merchant account and settlements go directly to your bank. Zaisus Commerce never holds your money. Transaction fees are billed by your payment provider, separately from your plan.
Does Zaisus Commerce charge a commission on my sales?
No. Zaisus Commerce plans are subscription fees and do not include a revenue share. Your payment provider's transaction fees still apply separately under its own rate card.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on plans that include custom-domain support. Starter stores use a Zaisus Commerce subdomain, while eligible plans let you connect a domain you already own. The plan comparison shows domain availability for each tier.
Are WhatsApp and Telegram messaging included?
The integrations are included in every plan. WhatsApp Business messaging may have provider charges separate from your Zaisus Commerce subscription; those charges follow the provider pricing that applies to your account. Telegram notifications do not require a separate Zaisus Commerce add-on.
What happens if I change or cancel my plan?
You can change or cancel your subscription from the merchant billing settings. Downgrading applies the limits of the new plan without deleting your catalogue, and you can export your products, orders and customers as CSV data.
